Official CMC community chat, with separate channels for announcements and new listings.

The official CoinMarketCap chat. The more useful part is in the bio: a separate CMC new-listings channel that shows tokens as they are added. Good for altcoin hunters, but a new listing on CMC is not an endorsement.

Good

  • Official
  • Points to a dedicated new-listings channel

Watch out

  • General chat is noisy
  • Plenty of shilling from members

Is CoinMarketCap English legit?

The @coinmarketcap group is the public account we checked on 21 Oct 2026, and it carries Telegram’s own verified badge. That tells you it is the real one, not whether its calls or news are any good. Real admins do not DM first, so treat any private message "from the team" as a scam.
